Surf Yoga — is an additional training aimed at improving your surfing skills.
It’s a mix of exercises designed to enhance flexibility, endurance, strength, balance, agility, and breathwork.

This is a gentle and functional full-body workout. The breathwork practice in Surf Yoga also helps control stress during wipeouts and anxiety while surfing.
